Ingredients

  1. 1 bigCarrot grated
  2. 2 tbspSuji
  3. 1/2 cupMatar
  4. 3 tbspGhee
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 1/2 cupKhoya
  7. 3 tbspSugar
  8. 1 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    For gajar Halwa grate the carrot

    In a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and sauté grated carrot since all the water evaporates and oil separates.add milk half cup and khoya 1 tbsp and mix well

    Add 1 tbsp sugar and cardamom powder...gajar Halwa is ready

    For suji Halwa take a pan and roast suji for 2-3 mins..add milk 1 cup and cook for 2-3 mins till thickened...add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well..suji Halwa is ready

    For peas Halwa grind matar..take a pan and add ghee.Add grated matar and cook till oil separates...add mawa and sugar and cardamom powder and mix well..if too dry u can add some milk and mix well..matar Halwa is ready

    Assemble all the three Halwa

    First carrot Halwa,suji Halwa and then matar halwa

  8. 8

    Garnish with cloves
