Ingredients

  1. 4 pcseggplant slice circle size
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Olive oil
  5. Mayonnaise
  6. Arugula leaves or rocket leaves 🍃

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven 350c mins put the eggplant in baking tray sprinkle with salt and black pepper and olive oil bake around 20-25mins until golden brown,

    Garnish with the mayonnaise sauce and arugula leaves,
