Heat oil and butter.

Add in your grated carrots and fry for a few mins 2-3mins.

Then add in your rice and mix well.

Ready to serve!

Note: An alternative way (shorter way) to make this rice would be to steam together the grated carrots with the rice. Just water, rice, grated carrots, salt and oil. Omitting out the butter.
