Ingredients

  1. 8Bread slices
  2. 5Boiled potatoes
  3. 1 tbspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  4. 2Green chillies (finely chopped)
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededSugar
  9. 6-7Crushed kaju
  10. 1"Ginger chopped
  11. 1 cupButtermilk
  12. 1 tspBlack salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the edges of bread and give it a round shape,keep it aside

    Take a bowl smash the potatoes add salt,red chilli,corrainder powder, corrainder leaves,green chillies,aamchur mix it properly

    Make balls out of these potato smash

    Now wet the bread slices

  5. 5

    Now take the bread slice and put a ball of potato and cover it with bread.

    Take a pan add little ghee and shallow fry these balls

    Take a bowl and add curd,sugar,black salt,roasted jeera powder and mix it well

    Take a dish put two of these bhalle and pour curd over it...then add sweet chutney and green chutney,and sprinkle little bit of red chilli powder..

    Garnish it with pomogranate...

    Bread dahi bhalle is ready to eat...yummy and mouth watering 😋😋😋☺️☺️
