It's very easy to prepare and less time required.
You can skip using garlic if preparing for puja.
It can also be prepared in sweeter version with coconut jaggery stuffing or green moong jaggery stuffing.

It can also be prepared in sweeter version with coconut jaggery stuffing or green moong jaggery stuffing.

Soak sagoo dana for 3/4hours,strain and grind without adding water.

Add salt and knead well, cover.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, chopped veggies and all spices. Mix well and cook.

Don't over cook. Switch off and cool a bit.

Take a small portion of the sagoo dana dough, flattern with palm, and stuff 1tbsp of the prepared veggies stuffing and close nicely.

Repeat the same process for the rest of the dough.

Steam these in a steamer for about 6-8mins.

Switch off. Cool a bit and serve warm with any chutney or sauce.
