Ingredients

  1. For dark chocolate mousse
  2. 150 mlwhipping cream
  3. 75 grdark chocolate
  4. 3 tbspsugar powder
  5. For white chocolate mousse
  6. 150 mlwhipping cream
  7. 75 gramwhite chocolate
  8. 3 tbspsugar powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a saucepan lower the flame and place a bowl over it and add in the dark chocolate.

  2. 2

    Stir and melt it and when it melt transfer another bowl so that it cool down faster.

  3. 3

    In another bowl add whipping cream and whip it to semi stiff peaks and add the sugar and whip it to semi stiff.

  4. 4

    As the dark chocolate cool at room temperature add the whip cream and mix well. Now the dark chocolate mousse is ready.

  5. 5

    Repeat as the same for dark chocolate mousse.

  6. 6

    Both mousse is ready pipe the mousse according to your choice.

  7. 7

    Chill for 2 to 3 hour in refrigerator or 30 min in freeze
