Steps
- 1
Boil milk with sugar and allow it to chill in the refrigerator. Add about 1/4-1/2 cup of the milk to the chocolate along with butter. Cover and leave it to melt.
- 2
Mix well and chill in the refrigerator. Add more milk if required to keep it semi thick. Now boil the sev as per package instructions and set aside.
- 3
Soak chia seeds in enough water for 15 minutes until plump and done. For assembling the falooda, take 5 tall serving glasses. Pour the chocolate mix as the bottom most layer.
- 4
Add a tablespoon of chia seeds in each. Followed by the falooda sev. Pour the chilled milk on top as well as the slivered nuts.
- 5
Finally add a big scoop of ice cream on top. Serve it extra chilled at iftaar. Your family and guests will love it's chocolaty avatar. I have made this for Iftaar party at home. You don't have to have any reason to make these yummy beauties folks, whip it up anytime you feel like having something refreshing and chilled.
