I am never a fun of sweet potato but I met this beautiful lady in Cookpad who gave the secret of cooking it in a different way. It was very nice

Mix the gram flour with Dania and a little salt and water

Cut the sweet potatoes to small pieces

Mix them together as the in the photo below

Deep fry them in a hot cooking oil

Beat the eggs and fry

Make the sauce by mixing chopped tomatoes, onion, Dania, salt and chilli or ketchup
- 7
Serve with juice
