Steps

Wash the rose patels in clean water,Put them in a mixie along with sugar & grind till it becomes a smooth paste.put in sunlight for 6-7 hours.

Place a paan leaf on a plate

Add 1/4 of the gulukhand on it with 1/2 tsp of chopped dry fruits & shredded coconut on it.

Fold the bottom half of the leaf inward& secondbottom half on the folded bottom.It should in a conical shape.

Insert 1 clove at the side or bottom so that paan should not opened.fold the top half of the leaf seal the paan.

Insert a Clove on the top to secure the paan.

Do same with other paan leaf's.

Dip each paan in Hershey's syrup for few minutes.

Put vark on each paan & refrigerate for 2-3 hours
- 10
Serve chilled.
