Ofada Sauce
I travelled to visit my aunty and I bragged about my yofada skills; truth be told I have never prepared it but I have watched my cousin prepare it once at her place in Lagos and that was how my yofada journey started; I went on cookpad app to look for recipe ideas and I got loads of different recipe but I choose 2 and worked based on their ingredients and yippee it came out supper yummy that my aunty ask that I cook a big pot before I leave; this place is from my second attempt cos I was too carried away with the excitement that I forgot to take a picture of the first ofada I cooked. looking forward to cooking it for my siblings cos they love spicy food a lot

Blend green pepper, bell pepper and set aside; Wash offal and chicken spice and parboil till its tender

Pour in the palm oil, place the pot on heat and allow it stay until it's sizzling hot, remove from heat and allow the oil to cool off

Set it back on fire and add onions, after a minutes, add chicken and offal and fry once then meat is dried out, remove and set aside

Add the locust beans almost immediately after then about 2 minutes add the pepper paste and allow it fry without stiring about 7 to 10minutes

Add crayfish, salt and knorr cube stir in the fried chicken and offal, reduce heat and allow it cook for another 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat

Turn off heat and serve with rice
