Mix all the siomay ingredients together until well combined. Shape the siomay mixture into balls using two spoons, then briefly dip them in boiling water before transferring them to a steamer.

If you want to use tofu, just fill the center with the siomay mixture. You can also add potatoes, cabbage, and eggs 👇👇👇

For the peanut sauce: Blend the fried peanuts, fried red chili peppers, and fried garlic until smooth. Then sauté the peanut sauce, adding water, kaffir lime leaves, salt, palm sugar, and seasoning. Once thickened, taste and remove from heat.

Arrange the siomay and its accompaniments 😁, then drizzle with peanut sauce, add some sauce, soy sauce, and a squeeze of lime to taste.
