  • 3 cupsMaida/all purpose flour
  • 2 cupsSugar
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 1 cupButter
  • 2 tspBaking soda
  • 2 tspVanilla essence

    Combine sugar and butter together.

    Whisk well until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Sift together the maida and baking soda

  4. 4

    Pour the prepared mixture into the tin and place it in a pressure cooker

  5. 5

    Do not add water the cooker and ensure the tin does not touch the base of cooker

  6. 6

    Increase flame to medium and cook for 40 to 45 minutes..

  7. 7

    Sift together the maids and baking soda

  8. 8
