Ingredients

20 minutes

3-4 servings

2 cupsbesan
1 cupghee
1& 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspooncardamom powder
as neededCashew nuts for garnish

In a pan heat ghee. Add besan and roast till golden or till nice aroma release at low flame.

Allow to cool down completely at room temperature.

Then add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well. Make laddoos from it. Garnish with cashew nuts.
