  • 15deseeded Khajur / dates
  • 10-12Almonds
  • 15kishmish / raisin
  • 10Cashewnuts
  • 2 tbspchopped Pistachios
  • 2 tspwatermelon seeds
  • 2 tbspdessicated coconut powder
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 2 tspchopped almonds and pistachios for garnishing
  • 1/4 tspghee

    Taka a dry grinding jar. Grind all the dry fruits to a rough powder. Chop the deseeded Dates and grind to get a dough like consistency. Take a mixing bowl. Add ground Khajur, dry fruits,powder milk and honey. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Divide the mixture dough to equal amount. I could make 6 out of the dough. Wet your both palms with ghee and make beautiful energy balls. Garnish them by pressing on chopped almond and pistachios.
