Ingredients

  • 1 cupCrumbled paneer
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1Chopped green chilli
  • 200 gramsWheat flour
  • 1 tspJeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • As requiredRed chilli powder
  • As neededWater
  • For shallow fryingGhee or oil
  • 1/4 tspHing
  • 1 sprigChopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the wheat flour adding some salt and water. Keep aside

  2. 2

    Take the paneer. Add the green chillies onion salt and red chilli powder hing and jeera and coriander leaves. Mix well

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal portions.

  4. 4

    Flatten each portion. Place a spoonful of stuffing and seal the edges.

  5. 5

    Roll out paratha gently seeing that the stuffing does not come out

  6. 6

    Heat a tava. Place the paratha on tava and cook from both sides adding ghee.

  7. 7

    Cook till crisp

  8. 8

    Serve with curd or and chutney
