Paneer paratha
Steps

Knead the wheat flour adding some salt and water. Keep aside

Take the paneer. Add the green chillies onion salt and red chilli powder hing and jeera and coriander leaves. Mix well

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Flatten each portion. Place a spoonful of stuffing and seal the edges.

Roll out paratha gently seeing that the stuffing does not come out
- 6
Heat a tava. Place the paratha on tava and cook from both sides adding ghee.

Cook till crisp
- 8
Serve with curd or and chutney
