Cooking Instructions

Take curd in a bowl, add water and stir well till smooth.

Add ginger chillies paste, turmeric, hind and salt.

Add besan with a wired whisk, keep on stirring and mixing till all the lumps are dissolved and to get smooth batter, there should be no lumps.

Spered oil on a plate or board, pour batter in a sauce pan and with slow flame, stir he mixture till it's thickened.

Transfer the batter on the greased plate and make rolls, if u r unable to make roll, cook the batter a more.

Sprinkle coconut and corinder..

Now cut khandvi into rolls and before serving, season it by heating oil and adding curry leaves and mustard seeds into it, let it Fluer and add the seasoning on top of rolls and enjy
