2 bowlboiled rice
2onion roughly chopped
1tomato finely chopped
1/2 tspcumin seed
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1/2 tspdry coriander powder
As needed oil

Take a pan and heat the oil.

Add cumin seeds and roast it.

Add onion, tomato and soute it.

Add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.

Now add the boiled rice and mix well.

Rice is ready to serve.
