Take a bowl and add the maida.

Add the salt and ghee and red chilli powder.

Now mix them well.

Take the water and heat on gas stove.

Now heating water apply the on the maida of sufficient water and mix it's well.

Now make the maida dough and keep aside and cover it.

Now the dough make a roti shape of it.

The roti on around aside add the ghee and again made like a long roll and make a round dough.

Now press it's for paratha.

Now fry in hot tawa and apply butter on both sides.

When it's like a few brown colour then than take a plate.

Serve it hot with veg item and tomato sauce.
