Dendeng Balado
Simple delicious and of course spicy
Cooking Instructions

Blend 1 clove garlic and onion, and a small piece of ginger. Boil and add beef. Cook till the meat tender, dry the beef and deep fry till brown

Blend red chili padi, red big chili, garlic, onion, and tomato stir fry until the paste really cook
- 3
Add chicken stock, salt, and more sugar (to reduce the hotness)
- 4
Lastly, add the fried beef and mix, add some lemon juice
- 5
Serve
