Roti moongdal chilla paratha

Wash the moong daal and soak it for 3- 4 hrs.

Remove the water and blend it to a fine paste

Take the wheat flour add salt and make a salt and make a soft dough.

Now add all masalas ginger paste,chilli paste,coriander chopped and salt to taste.

Heat it on tawa on slow flame.

Take a lemon size dough and roll it and apply oil and put it on tawa

On paratha put a layer of filling and spread

Apply little oil on paste and turn the paratha. Because of oil it will get roasted on bothe the sides.

Appky oil on both sides likwise and roast on both sides till crispy and brown

Have it with any chutney raita,pickle or a hot cup of tea.
