Ingredients

4 serving
  • 500 gcouscous
  • 2carrots
  • 1each green and red pepper
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1 cupsweet corn
  • 1 TBSmixed spices
  • 3 TBScooking oil
  • 155 gflaked tuna
  • 1red onion
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook couscous according to pack instruction, set aside

  2. 2

    In a pan,add 3tbs of oil,sautee onion for 1 mins

  3. 3

    Add all vegetables except green pepper

  4. 4

    Add salt n seasoning

  5. 5

    Remove from heat,add green pepper

  6. 6

    Mix vegetables and couscous together, add tuna flakes

  7. 7

    Return to heat for 1 mins

  8. 8

    Remove from heat and serve with fried plantain
