Ingredients

10 minutes
2 dozen
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 cupquick oats
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla powder (optional)
  • 1 cupchopped pecans
  • 1/2 cupchoc chips or Skor chips or both if you feel wild
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda (why baking soda? Who knows)
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1egg
  • Vanilla extract to your liking

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients

  2. 2

    In separate bowl, mix butter, egg, vanilla

  3. 3

    Add wet mix to dry mix, stir it up

  4. 4

    Make 1 inch balls, flatten with a fork

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Enjoy
