  1. 2 cupspre boiled black beans
  2. I medium onion
  3. 3large tomatoes
  4. Oil
  5. Garlic
  6. Salt
  7. Avocado

  1. 1

    Slice onion and place in a medium pot, fry till brown

    Wash & cut 3 medium tomatoes

    Peel the garlic & crush it in a motar

    Let the tomatoes cook with garlic to infuse flavour.

    Add the beans & allow to cook

    Allow to simmer after adding salt to taste.

    Garnish with avocado & serve with rice or mash potatoes.
