Steps

Wash, season with curry thyme, half of the onion, salt and steam meat

Blend tomatoes, onion and pepper and set aside, fry steamed meat in vegetable oil

Place a clean empty pot on the fire, allow to heat,add the vegetable oil used to fry the meat and heat a little

Add the chopped onion to the oil and let it dry a little,add the blended combination of tomatoes, onions and pepper and allow to cook stirring occasionally to avoid burning

You'll know that the stew is done when the oil rises and separates from the tomatoes and has no sour taste

Add the fried meat and meat stock to the mix and stir,allow to cook on low heat for 5 minutes and your stew is done

For white rice, wash and add 6 cups of rice to boiling water and cook till it's soft, sieve out the excess water and serve with the stew

(Option 2) parboil rice in boiling water for 10minutes, sieve and wash rice with cold water and continue cooking adding a pinch of salt, allow the water to dry completely while the rice softens and serve with the stew.
