Ingredients

  1. 1/2spaghetti squash
  2. 4fresh shrimp
  3. 1 teaspooncapers
  4. 2 teaspoonssalt
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 6basil leaves
  7. 1/2 cupstock
  8. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  9. black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil and sauté garlic with shrimp over low heat.

  2. 2

    Add 1 teaspoon salt, followed by capers and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Pour in the stock, then add the prepared spaghetti squash. Add the remaining salt and basil leaves.

  4. 4

    Plate and serve.
