Wash and remove skin of beans. Put your beans in a bowl, add tatase, atarugu, onions and take for grinding or use blender to make a paste.

Into your paste, add ground crayfish and spices and mix thoroughly.

Put in your Palm oil and mix very well to incorporate.

Put water in a pot and allow to boil.

Oil/grease you milk cups with a bit of oil. Scoop beans paste to half of each cup and arrange inside pot of boiling water.

To avoid spillage, use a foil to cover top of tins before using the cover of the pot.

Cook until a toothpick inserted into the moimoi comes out clean.

Serve with the Cowleg stew and cold water garri and enjoy.
