Cream butter and sugar until they are mixed completely.

Add eggs one by one and mix well. Then add the lemon zest and whisk until completely mixed.

Fold in the flour and finally yoghurt. Be careful not to over mix. Pour the batter into your greased pan and bake.

Once the is abit cooled you can apply lemon syrup and enjoy.

Let's make lemon syrup. Mix 3 tablespoons icing sugar with 4 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Then apply to your cake.
