Ingredients

  • 3 cupsbrown bread flour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2 table spoonyeast
  • 4 table spoonsugar
  • 4 table spoonbutter
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupoats

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180℅

  2. 2

    Mix all the the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Add the warm milk and nead it

  4. 4

    Divide the dough into two add chocolate into one dough and halves and let it proof

    Roll the two dough the one without chocolate down and the one with chocolate up the cut some small slits

    Braid the chocolate

    Bake for 30 min put a scwer in if it comes clean the bread is ready
