Edamame & Cream Cheese Dip

In Melbourne where I live, ‘Edamame’ has become a quite common food. I don’t need to go to Asian grocery stores to buy them because most supermarkets sell frozen ‘Edamame’. I love frozen ‘Edamame’ that are already removed from the pod. It’s so handy to keep a bag of them in freezer, so that I can add the crunchy, delicious and nutritious beans to salads, soups and anything. This beautiful green dip also can be made so quickly and easily using those frozen ‘Edamame’.
