Wash the kunde and mito and put in a sufuria with msherekha and boil until it's ready.

In another pan, cut the onions and fry until they turn light brown.

Add tomatoes and cook until they turn into a thick paste.

Put in the pre boiled vegetables and stir until they mix well.

Add Royco cubes and summer for 5 minutes then add milk/cream

Serve hot with ugali and enjoy! The leftover tastes better the next day...
