Wash omena with warm water, and rinse with cold water.

Heat oil

Add water drained omena into the hot oil.

Cook until golden brown.

Set aside in a container after straining from the oil.

In a different pan, fry onions, add tomatoes until ready and add the fried omena.

Add all other ingredients and let it cook for 3 minutes.
