Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken legs cut into small pieces - 250 gm
  2. Marination mixture: tandoori masala paste 2tbsp, yogurt 3tbsp
  3. Chopped onion - 1 large
  4. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. Chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized
  6. 2Green chillies
  7. 3/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 3/4 tspGaram masala -
  10. tspAchari masala -3

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with tandoori paste and yoghurt and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. 2

    Take a deep dish, add oil, ginger garlic paste and chopped onions. Cook till the onions become brown.

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and keep it on medium flame until the mixture seperates from oil. Add all the spices and salt.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven on broil mode and 450F temp. Keep the marinated chicken in the oven for about 15 min until it's well broiled.

  5. 5

    Add the roasted chicken to the masala mixture and let it cook for some time. Add water as required.
