Thoroughly wash all your vegetables

Loosely chop the lettuce into bite size chunks.

Dice the tomatoes, avocado and cucumber. About 1cm bite size pieces.

Cut the cheese into cubes and then toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Add your soy sauce, lemon juice and salad dressing and mix well
