Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbeans,1milk tin of palm oil,scotch bonnet,tattasai,onions, maggi seasonings of ur choice,grated cryfish 1cup..liver 10 pieces (boil n cut it into tiny size),spinach(cut n kip it aside)

    Soak ur beans for some mnts,wash very well n remove d chaff.

  2. 2

    Clean ur pepper,cloves and ginger,add to that beans,take to the girnders/blend it urslf

  3. 3

    After bn grinded, add cutted spinach, cryfish,liver,maggi n spices.Fry d palm and add too.Use twister/serving spoon to combine very well.

  4. 4

    Now oily milk tin/cake containers, pour d kullu,wen u through.. Put some water in a pot,arrange d containers n leave it to cook.When it done get ur pepper powder mix with fried palm oil n eat d moimoi with d mixture..
