First grind the tomato onion laung black pepper lahsun and adrak in a chutney grinder make a thick paste. Then place a cooker on the gas and let it heat then pour some ghee then add some jeera mohri and tej pata to it then add the paste and toss it for few seconds then add the vegetables to it and then add the rice of your choice to it then add some water then add some salt haldi garam masala and biryani masala to it let it then cook for 15 mins.

Well when I used to make this dish it used to get over cooked or half cooked sometimes so make sure to add water in proper praportions
