Take a rice washed and soaked at 2 hours.

After 2 hours take a wok add oil,then oil heat add onion and cuminseeds saute for 2 minutes then add all veggies add and saute for 5 miNutes.

After 5 minutes then add all masala mix and cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes then add soaked rice saute few seconds.

Then add water and covered with lid.

After 1 boil then rice cook in slow heat.

After 10 minutes then rice is cooked.

Before serving garnish soaked raisin and enjoy.
