Ingredients

  • 2potatoes
  • 1/2 poundpeas with carrots
  • 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise

Steps

    Boil the potatoes, peas, and carrots until tender but not mushy.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix the garlic, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Add the hot potatoes and peas, and a little of the cooking water.

    Garnish with parsley.
