Steps

Wash ur beef,Kpomo and stock fish and put in a pot on fire,add knorr,salt,part of d onion,part of d pepper and allow to cook on its own stock for about 5mins. Then add more water to properly cook it.

Pick,wash and slice ur Ugwu and water leaves and set aside.

When ur beef is done and d stock is remaining little, add ur Crayfish, Onion,pepper and Oil and cook on high heat for abt 3-4mins.

Add ur Ugwu to d stock and cook for abt 3-4mins while covered.

Add ur water leaf and knorr and cook for anoda 4mins on high heat, taste for salt and adjust accordingly..

Ur Vegetable soup is ready.

Bring water to a boil, pour inside a bowl and add ur garri. Allow to sit for 5-10mins and turn with a wooden spoon, ur Eba is ready.
