Boiled beans
Spinach
Cooking oil
Milk cream
Salt

Boil rice add salt and oil. When ready put aside

Fry boiled beans using onion tomatoes add salt to taste then set aside

Wash, slice spinach. Fry onions then add spinach. Add salt to taste then cream milk. When ready serve with rice and beans. Enjoy
