Ingredients

  1. 1small size pumpkin
  2. 100 gmgram flour
  3. 2 tspFresh Cream
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 50 gmpaneer
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. as neededWater

    Firstly we grated the pumpkin..

    Now we sqeeje extra water from it..

    Take a big bowl.put grated pumpkin.grayted paneer.besan.chilli powder.dhania powder. Cumin powder.add malai..mix it well.

    Make small balls..

    Take a pan.heat the oil..deep fry the balls..

    Now take pressure cooker.put oil..heat it.put cumin seeds..

    Now add grinded masala..heat it at low flame..jab tak ke masale s oil seprate na ho..ab isme water daal denge..jab water boil ho jaye..put fried balls in it..

    Cook for 1 whistle..our kofta vegetable is ready to eat..garnish with coriander leaves..
