Heat water and sugar until sugar melts

Allow it to cool after adding ghee to it.

Add maida and knead a tight dough.

Make big chappathi and then cut into square or diamond shape.

Fry them in medium hot oil until crisp.

Oil to fry

Maida enough to make tight dough.
