Combine flour, salt in a bowl.

Add warm water and make a soft dough.

The final dough should not be very soft or hard.

Cover it and keep aside overnight and now make small balls.

Roll with a rolling pin in circular shape.

Brush the flattened dough with oil.

Sprinkle flour in the centre of it.

Fry the roti.

Cut it in rectangular shape when cools down.

Pull the edges and divide 3 individual pieces very carefully.

Paste the two rectangular rotis with glue.

Place the kheer in it.

Roll and seal both the sides with glue.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Deep fry the rolls and let it cool.

Heat water and sugar.

Add fried rolls and soak in syrup for about 5 minutes.

Serve with cashew powder.
