Ingredients

  1. 2boiled eggs
  2. 1potato cut into 4 pieces
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 3green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 1 tspcumin powder
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 1 tspcumin seed
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil fry the egg,keep aside

  2. 2

    Now fry the Potatoes and keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat more oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle

  4. 4

    Add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder and mix

  6. 6

    Add tomato and saute well till it is soft

  7. 7

    Now add Potatoes and egg saute well

  8. 8

    Add water and simmer till the Potatoes get soft
