Steps

First take warm milk in bowl add sugar and dry yeast & mix well. Keep a side for 10 min.

Take big bowl add all purpose flour (maida) & add salt as per your taste. Then mix it well & add oil.

After 10 min yeast ready for making our recipe

Add this mixture in flour & mix well. Knead very well to a smooth pliable dough. Spread oil all over the dough.

Cover the bowl and rest for the 2 hours.

Once the pav dough has doubled then gently punch & defalte the dough & from log

Slice log into equal sizes and make soft ball. Greased tray keeping 1inch space between all of them. Cover tray for 25 min.

Microwave oven with convection mode, preheat for 15 minutes at 180 degree.

Then Brush the pav buns with butter for the golden colour to the ladi pav.

Place the baking tray in a preheated oven for 15 min. After 15 min remove the tray and brush the pav with butter.

Pav becomes room temperature then ready for serve.
