Ingredients

  • 1 pkGnocchi
  • 1/3 cup3 Chili Cheese
  • 1/3 cupMexican cheese
  • 6pepper bacon slices-chopped
  • 1/3 cupHeavy Cream
  • 1/3or less flour
  • 2 cupsgarlic sausage cooked and chopped
  • 2 cupschicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook bacon until crisp then add sausage

  2. 2

    Once sausage is heated sprinkle flour into pan and stir while adding Chicken stock.

  3. 3

    Add gnocchi while stirring.

  4. 4

    Add heavy cream and keep stirring.

  5. 5

    Add cheeses and stir until melted.

  6. 6

    Cover and set to low till gnocchi is done stirring occasionally.
