Take a bowl and add 6 table spoon ghee and all ingredients excepted ghee and make a dough. cover it and rest for 10 minutes. now take a small portion of the dough and make medium size balls and flat them with the help of palm. place them on a baking tray lined with sheet.

Place the tray in a pre heated oven at 200c and bake for 13- 15 minutes. bake the baati at a lower temperature for another 15-30 minutes or until crispy or cooked. once done, remove the baati from oven and soak them in ghee for 30 minutes. and serve it with dal.
