Heat oil in pan add jeera, urad dal 1 tablespoon, groundnut, green chilli and saute. add coconut pieces and saute for 2 minutes.

Cool it add salt and water and grind to smooth.

Heat oil in pan add mustard, jeera, urad dal 1 teaspoon, chanadal. when dal changes colour addbroken red chilli and curry leaf. add grinded chutney saute for 2 minutes.

Enjoy chutney with dosa or idli
