Ingredients

Preparation time 10mins,cooking time 40mins

  • 2 slicesrusk biscuits
  • 1 litremilk
  • 4eggs
  • to tasteBrown sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 (1 tsp)rum or brandy optional
  • 1/2 (1 cup)whipped cream

Steps

Preparation time 10mins,cooking time 40mins
  1. 1

    Whip eggs until fluffy to this add sugar and milk gradually while using a blender.

  2. 2

    To this add rum,and vanilla essence blend well until Incorporated well

  3. 3

    Now stop using the blender and with the help of spatula fold in whipped cream.

  4. 4

    Heat 2 tsp sugar in a pan to caramelize.Once Brown,pour it in a ceramic baking dish on to this crumble the rusk biscuits. Now over this pour the pudding mix and bake for 30 to 40 mins until golden brown
