1large fuji apple

Spray and heat a skillet. Peel, core and slice the apple.

Caramelize the apple slices and lightly sprinkle with salt.

Remove the apple slices and add the sliced sausage to the hot skillet.

Get just crispy and add to the apple slices. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
