Ingredients

1/2 cupmint leaves
4green chilli
to tastesalt
2 pinchred chilli
as neededsome coriander leaves
2 pinchcumin seeds
1 pinchhing /asafoetida
1lemon juice
1tomato

Grind all ingredients and make a smooth paste and add some water if required. chutney is ready

Serve it with samosas, and any other snacks
